I was looking for something of this sort for over a year.. Great little item does everything I wanted and sounds great.
**edit** I use/wanted it to hear my GPS and music threw my stereo.. I use an Android Atrix, I disabled bluetooth calling.. I do not speak on the phone while I drive(Just don't like talking and driving)..

This item is great for playing music through my car stereo (songs from my iphone sound excellent), but is only marginal for phone calls. People I tried speaking with could not understand some of the things I said, and neither could Siri. If it had a better microphone this product would be awesome. As it is, it's fine for music but not for phone calls.
